The “solera” of this jewel dates back to five decades ago. It is a highly complex brandy, which has been aged for years by the criaderas and soleras system in casks from the cellars of BODEGAS PEREZ BARQUERO-Spain , so it has intense aromas that are reminiscent of Pedro Ximénez’s sweet and amontillados wines. Deep, round, silky mouth, with all the seduction that gives a full maturity of character.
